Manager - Contracts

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Dot NET Developer to support software design, development, and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will write clean code, resolve bugs, improve system performance, and collaborate closely with the development team to enhance product functionality.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Development Manager in software design and coding tasks.
- Participate in development meetings and contribute ideas.
- Learn and understand the existing codebase.
- Write, maintain, and update code.
- Work on minor bug fixes and performance issues.
- Monitor technical performance of internal systems.
- Respond to development team requests and requirements.
- Gather user insights regarding program functionality.




- Prepare technical documentation and reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Legal degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in contract and sub-contract management.
- Solid leadership in managing high-value fixed-price contracts.
- Experience with development, service agreements, and hardware/software contracts.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and risk-assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
