Role Overview

NovaSpaces is seeking a creative and execution-oriented Architect with a strong understanding of commercial interiors and workplace design. The role involves planning, designing, visualizing, and coordinating premium managed offices and enterprise workspaces from concept through execution.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently leading design development, preparing detailed construction documentation, producing high-quality 3D visualizations, and collaborating with project teams to deliver functional, aesthetically refined, and commercially viable workplace environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative space plans and workplace layouts for commercial office projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layout plans, working drawings, GFCs, and detailing packages.
- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthrough presentations for client approvals.
- Design functional and aesthetically balanced workplaces that maximize space utilization and user experience.
- Develop furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and interior detailing.
- Prepare BOQs and material specifications in coordination with project teams.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and execution teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to verify dimensions, monitor design implementation, and resolve execution-related queries.
- Participate in client meetings,



understand business requirements, and translate them into practical workplace solutions.
- Research emerging workplace trends, materials, finishes, and design innovations.
- Contribute towards developing NovaSpaces' design language, workplace standards, and reusable design templates.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 3–7 years of experience in commercial interiors, workplace design, or office fit-outs.
- Strong understanding of commercial office planning and workplace ergonomics.
- Ability to independently conceptualize and develop workspace solutions.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Good knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and execution practices.
- Strong presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
