Job Title – Store In-charge

Role of the Store In-charge would be managing the timely materials/items requisition, receipt of material/items at stores/stock yard, ensuring proper storage, issuing and delivery system at construction site, ensuring the store is kept clean and organized at all times, inventory management and team management.

Responsibilities:
Maintaining inventory as per requirement / target




Material Issue according to requirement and proper documentation of records
Creating Rejection Note and returning of rejected material to suppliers/vendors
Effective and cordial vendor management
Handling freight movement of machinery / equipment etc
Handling all stores, purchase& vendor function, co – ordination related activities
Conducting physical stock audit, reconciliation and accuracy at any point of time
Material Inward/outward in ERP, register & relevant documentations
Monitoring daily, weekly, monthly consumption plan
Any other task assigned by Supervisor / Engineer / Reporting Manager
ISO Documentations

Desired Requirements:
Any Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma
5 – 7 years of store handling experience preferably in a construction / infrastructure-based organization
Sound knowledge and experience in using relevant software tools and processes
Positive communication and interpersonal and project management kills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
