Elemecs Hospital, a 500+ bedded multispecialty hospital with state-of-the-art facilities, is looking for a friendly and proactive Telecaller to join our patient support team. In this role, you'll be the first voice many patients hear — helping them navigate appointments, answer queries, and feel cared for from their very first call.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with appointment scheduling, inquiries, and follow-ups
- Provide accurate information about hospital departments, doctors, and services
- Maintain patient records and call logs
- Coordinate with hospital departments to resolve patient concerns promptly
- Follow up with patients regarding OP bookings, health checkups, and camp registrations

Requirements:

- Good communication skills (Malayalam & English)
- Patient, empathetic, and service-oriented attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
- Prior experience in telecalling/customer service preferred (freshers may also apply)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting

Pay: ₹11,843.69 - ₹16,000.00 per month
