Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Android Application Development, React.js, Angular.
- Robust understanding of cloud-based application development and deployment.
- Experience in customizing and extending Salesforce platforms to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within retail execution environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Development.

- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
