- Able to handle SQL very well

- Able to write tables, store procedures, inner join, outer join, tables relationship, sql query stored procedures

- Knowledge of SDLC (software development lifecycle )

- Valuable hands on in .Net, C#, Object Oriented Design, ASP.NET (Web Forms, MVC, Web Services, Web API), WPF, ADO.NET, XML, n-tier Architecture, HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, Debugging, SOAP/REST, SQL Server 2008/2012.

- Cloud environment knowledge would be an advantage

- Practicing test driven development (TDD) or behaviour driven development (BDD)

- Object relational mapping frameworks such as Entity Framework or Hibernate

- JavaScript MV* frameworks such as Angular JS, Backbone, or Knockout
