We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, communicate with customers, generate leads, and provide information about our products or services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Handle incoming customer calls and respond professionally to queries. Explain products/services, offers, and company information clearly. Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets.



Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams when necessary. Requirements: Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools. Ability to communicate professionally and confidently over the phone. Customer-oriented approach with good listening skills. Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
