Job Responsibilities

- Process and manage daily orders received from Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Verify orders, prepare invoices, and ensure timely order processing.
- Generate shipping labels, arrange shipment booking and coordinate with courier/logistics partners.
- Track shipments, delivery status, cancellations, returns and RTO orders.
- Handle marketplace order-related issues and ensure orders are dispatched within the defined timeline.
- Maintain order processing, dispatch and shipment records in Excel/MIS.
- Coordinate with warehouse, billing and logistics teams for smooth order fulfilment.
- Positive working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub is required.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart order processing.
- Knowledge of shipment booking, courier portals and tracking.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/MIS

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
