Job Summary

Kataline Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, manage government relations, develop distributor networks, and expand market presence across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve regional sales targets and business growth.
- Build relationships with government authorities and project stakeholders.
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Lead and support regional sales teams.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer requirements.




- Maintain CRM records and submit sales reports.
- Government Relations & Project Sales.
- Channel Development & Management.
- Applicator Network Development.
- Market Analysis, Team Leadership, CRM & Reporting.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech/Science Graduate; MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred.
- Experience in Government Sales, B2B/B2C Sales, Business Development, and Channel Management.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
