Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and proactive Marketing Executive to drive visual content, social media, project communications, and event activities.

Key Responsibilities / KRA

- Plan and execute photo and video shoots at project sites, offices, and events.
- Create engaging reels, videos, and social media content aligned with current trends.
- Handle video editing, graphic designing, and creative content development.
- Coordinate with site engineers to collect project photos, videos, and updates.
- Plan and coordinate inaugurations, internal events, and external events.
- Develop creative concepts to showcase projects, milestones, and company activities.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, event agencies, and other vendors.
- Maintain an organized library of marketing photos, videos, and creative assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
- Manage multiple activities and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Required Skills

- Experience in photography, videography,



video editing, and graphic designing.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Solid creative ability with a good understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, reels, and short-form content.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, well-organized, and positive in approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with site and corporate teams.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and event locations.

Preferred / Advantage

- Drone operation and aerial photography/videography.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
