Generate new business for security and housekeeping services through corporate and institutional clients.
Identify leads, conduct client meetings, and perform site surveys for service requirements.
Prepare costings, proposals, and quotations for security guards and housekeeping manpower.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to close deals successfully.
Coordinate with operations teams for smooth onboarding and service implementation.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
Track sales targets, pipeline, and submit regular performance reports to management.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the facility services industry.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
