We are looking for a confident, proactive, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join DMET Club. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a strong business mindset, and the ability to identify current opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into memberships, partnerships, and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for DMET Club.
- Generate leads through calls, networking, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Reach out to potential members, corporate partners, sponsors, and industry stakeholders.
- Promote DMET Club memberships, events, initiatives, and business offerings.
- Understand client requirements and propose relevant solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.




- Convert qualified leads into memberships, partnerships, sponsorships, and sales.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
- Negotiate and close business deals while achieving assigned targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, conversations, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
- Explore new markets, industries, and partnership opportunities for DMET Club.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business development targets.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, opportunities, and market feedback.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
