We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Remote IT Staff who can independently develop, maintain, and improve our web applications, mobile platforms, and internal IT systems.

This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of projects from start to finish, solve technical problems independently, and work effectively with a remote team.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and maintain web applications and internal IT systems
- Develop and deploy mobile applications using Flutter
- Build and integrate REST APIs
- Design, develop, and maintain databases
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Integrate Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions into applications
- Develop AI-powered features and workflows based on business requirements
- Improve existing systems and identify opportunities for automation
- Test, deploy, maintain, and document completed projects
- Communicate progress and technical updates clearly with the team

Required Skills

- Strong programming skills in Python, PHP, and SQL
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development
- Hands-on experience with Flutter for iOS and Android
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and API integrations
- Strong database design and management skills
- Practical experience with Generative AI, Machine Learning,



and prompt engineering
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging abilities
- Good understanding of system integrations and automation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
