- Manage complete IP patient operations from admission to discharge
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for effective patient care services
- Ensure smooth bed allocation, patient movement, and discharge process
- Monitor patient satisfaction and resolve patient/attendant concerns
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and quality standards
- Coordinate and facilitate smooth admission of patients
- Verify admission documents and patient details
- Coordinate bed allocation based on availability and patient requirements
- Ensure timely completion of admission formalities
- Guide patients and attendants regarding hospital processes
- Conduct regular patient rounds to understand patient needs and concerns
- Ensure timely coordination between doctors, nursing, diagnostics, pharmacy, and other departments
- Monitor patient service delivery and escalate issues for immediate resolution
- Ensure proper communication with patients and attendants
- Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction




- Monitor daily bed occupancy status
- Coordinate patient transfers between wards/rooms/ICU based on requirements
- Ensure effective utilization of available beds
- Coordinate with emergency and admission teams for planned admissions
- Maintain and report occupancy-related data
- Coordinate with billing team for timely bill updates and clearance
- Monitor discharge planning and ensure timely discharge process
- Follow up with pharmacy, diagnostics, nursing, and consultants for discharge completion
- Minimize discharge turnaround time (TAT)
- Support patients regarding billing-related queries
- Coordinate with TPA and insurance teams for patient approvals
- Follow up for pre-authorizations, enhancements, and final approvals
- Support documentation requirements for cashless patients
- Ensure timely processing of insurance cases

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
