Key Responsibilities

- Apply to universities abroad on behalf of students with meticulous attention to detail
- Compile,



verify accuracy and systematically organize information provided by students
- Understand university requirements comprehensively and update our internal University-Course Database accordingly
- Provide comprehensive end-to-end support for students from onboarding through pre-departure stages
- Handle all student queries, concerns, follow-ups, emails, and communications with professionalism and care

Requirements

- Exceptional attention to detail when working with complex student applications
- Solid computer proficiency and familiarity with digital application systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously

Nice to Have

- Previous work experience as an Admissions Counsellor in the study abroad industry
- Knowledge of international education systems and university application processes
- Familiarity with CRM systems and student management software
