Cravé is looking for an experienced Beverage Lead with strong expertise in smoothies, and coffee to lead our beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare smoothies, parfaits and coffee consistently as per recipes.
- Strong knowledge of fruits, ingredients, flavours and beverage preparation.
- Handle commercial coffee machines and prepare espresso-based & iced coffee.
- Maintain beverage quality, presentation, hygiene and consistency.
- Train and supervise junior staff.
- Manage beverage inventory, storage and minimise wastage.
- Maintain and follow beverage SOPs and recipes.
- Handle the beverage counter independently during service.

Requirements

- 2–4+ years of experience in a smoothie bar, juice bar, café or QSR.
- Robust hands on smoothie/cold beverage experience.
- Valuable coffee making skills.
- Ability to train staff and manage the beverage section.
- Good communication, cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Quick, responsible and able to work in a high-volume environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
