Job Profile – Automotive Dealership Accountant

- Handle day-to-day branch accounting operations
- Manage cash, bank and daily transaction entries
- Handle customer receipts, payments and account reconciliation
- Monitor sales and service-related financial transactions
- Verify invoices, purchase bills, expense bills and supporting documents
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank, cash and ledger reconciliations
- Monitor customer outstanding and dealer receivables
- Coordinate with Sales, Service,



Parts and Admin teams for accounting requirements
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries in the dealership DMS/ERP
- Assist in monthly closing, MIS and financial reporting
- Support GST, TDS, PF/ESI and other statutory accounting requirements
- Maintain proper documentation for internal and statutory audits
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and controls

We’re Looking For

Solid accounting knowledge | Accuracy | Ownership | Good Excel skills | Automotive dealership experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
