We are a growing Real estate development firm based in South Delhi who construct builder floors. So an experienced, detail oriented accountant is required who has strong command over Tally and basic understanding of real estate accounting practices in India with an experience of atleast 4-5 years preferably in real estate industry or related industry.

GST and TDS compliances, project based cost management, co-ordination with CA for filing timely returns in GST and Income Tax.

Key Responsibilities :-

* Tally Operations & Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day accounting, voucher entries, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations using Tally Prime.

* Project Accounting: Track site-wise construction expenses, contractor bills, material purchases, and cost-center allocations in Tally.

* Taxation & Compliance: File GST returns, manage TDS compliance (including Section 194IA on property, 194C for contractors, and 194J), and assist with quarterly/annual returns.

* Customer & Vendor Accounts: Reconcile buyer advances, payment schedules,



contractor billing, and supplier ledgers.

* Reporting: Prepare monthly P&L; statements, cash flow forecasts, and project profitability reports for management.

Key Requirements:-

* Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of core hands-on accounting experience (preferably within the real estate, construction, or interior design sector).

* Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally.ERP 9 (Cost Centers, Inventory, GST/TDS setup) and MS Excel.

* Taxation Knowledge: Robust working knowledge of GST on real estate, TDS regulations, and vendor billing compliance.

* Education: B.Com / M.Com / Inter-CA or equivalent finance degree.

* Commute: Candidates residing in South Delhi or with an easy commute to CR Park will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
