If done successfully and consistently - our ultimate goal is to have you take on a leadership / managerial position (within 12-24 months) and grow our existing team & clientele. Key Responsibilities (Senior-Level)

- Own SEO strategy across multiple client accounts and industries
- Define and enforce SEO SOPs, frameworks, and best practices
- Drive advanced technical SEO initiatives, including:
- Site architecture & crawlability
- Core Web Vitals, Schema & performance optimization
- Indexation, canonicalization & log-file insights
- Oversee content-led SEO strategies:
- Keyword & intent mapping
- Topic clustering & topical authority
- Content optimization at scale
- Design and supervise ethical link-building & authority strategies
- Collaborate with:
- Web developers on technical fixes
- Content teams on SEO-driven content planning
- Analyze performance using data, not assumptions:
- GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Well-versed with AI and its recent impact on SEO
- Stay ahead of algorithm, core updates and adjust strategies proactively

Requirements





- 5-10+ years of hands-on SEO experience in The United States of America
- Proven experience leading and managing SEO teams (not mandatary)
- Strong command in written & spoken English
- Technical SEO
- Content & information architecture
- Off-page & authority-building strategies
- Experience managing multiple websites or client portfolios
- Ability to think like a strategist, not a checklist follower
- Comfortable owning results — wins and failures
- Robust communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strongly Preferred

- Experience working with USA local "services related" business
- Experience working with USA Small and Medium sized business
- Need experience and proven results in city specific keywords
- Need experience and proven results in service specific keywords

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
