We are looking for a motivated AI / Full-Stack Developer Intern who wants to work on real products, solve practical engineering problems, and learn by building.

What You'll Work On

- Build and improve AI-powered features using LLMs and Generative AI.
- Develop backend services and APIs using Python and Node.js.
- Build modern web applications using React and Next.js.
- Integrate LLM APIs, AI agents, RAG, embeddings, and other AI technologies.
- Work on Voice AI and conversational AI features.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Work with databases and backend infrastructure.
- Debug issues, optimize existing features, and improve application performance.
- Participate in product development from idea → implementation → testing → deployment.
- Research new AI tools, models, frameworks, and technologies and evaluate how they can be used in KaryaFlow products.

Required SkillsAI / LLM

- Basic understanding of LLMs and Generative AI.
- Familiarity with APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar.
- Understanding of concepts such as:
- Prompt engineering
- Embeddings
- RAG
- AI agents
- Function/tool calling
- Interest in learning rapidly evolving AI technologies.

Development

Good working knowledge of at least some of:

- Python
- Node.js




- JavaScript / TypeScript
- React
- Next.js
- REST APIs
- Git / GitHub
- SQL / databases

You do not need to be an expert in every technology. Strong fundamentals and the ability to learn quickly are more important.
