- Operate CNC/Press Brake bending machines as per production requirements.
- Set machine parameters according to drawings and job specifications.
- Select and install the correct punch, die, and tooling.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and bending dimensions.
- Check bending angle and dimensions using Vernier Caliper, measuring tape, angle gauge, etc.
- Perform first-piece inspection and ensure proper quality during production.
- Identify and correct defects such as wrong angles, cracks, deformation, and dimensional errors.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
- Carry out basic machine cleaning, lubrication, and routine maintenance.
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Maintain production, rejection, and job-related records.
- Report machine breakdowns, tooling issues, and quality problems to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S in the work area.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure proper handling of components.
- Guide helpers/junior operators in basic machine operation and safety practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
