Chief Operating Officer – E-Commerce, Quick Commerce & International Business

Job Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end E-Commerce and Quick Commerce operations, including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and other marketplaces.
- Drive international business expansion, cross-border sales and global marketplace operations.
- Manage international marketplaces, overseas customers, sellers, distributors and business partners.
- Handle domestic and international logistics, shipment planning, freight, courier and delivery operations.
- Manage cross-border order processing, international shipping documentation, customs coordination and shipment tracking.
- Develop and implement strategies for new international markets, marketplaces and sales channels.
- Oversee marketplace performance, order fulfilment, inventory, returns, customer issues and operational efficiency.
- Manage logistics partners, 3PLs, courier partners and international freight/logistics vendors.
- Improve operational processes, reduce logistics costs and ensure timely order fulfilment.




- Lead and manage the E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, Warehouse, Logistics and Operations teams.
- Monitor business performance, operational KPIs, marketplace growth, profitability and cost control.
- Work closely with Management, Finance, Sales, Purchase, Warehouse and Marketing teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Candidate Profile

- 10–15+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, Marketplace Operations and Logistics.
- Robust experience in international business expansion and cross-border E-Commerce.
- Hands-on knowledge of domestic and international marketplaces and logistics operations.
- Strong team leadership, strategic planning and business growth skills.
- Experience in managing large-scale operations with ownership of revenue, cost and profitability.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
