Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 8–10 years of professional expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for business planning and decision-making.
- Supervise junior accountants and provide mentorship to strengthen the finance team.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in accounting workflows.

Qualifications & Skills





- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred.
- 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards (IFRS/GAAP), and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
- Advanced Excel skills for financial modelling and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
