Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities and achieve hiring targets.

Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
