We're looking for a driven, consultative sales professional to grow AMSCO's customer base and deepen relationships with existing dealers and clients. You'll identify and qualify leads, close new business, and manage key accounts across the earthmoving, mining, and heavy machinery spares market.

Responsibilities:

- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities across target segments
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead to close
- Grow revenue from both new and existing customer accounts
- Manage negotiations with senior-level executives and decision-makers at client and dealer organizations
- Build rapport and long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and dealers
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and account activity in the CRM
- Travel regularly within the assigned territory to meet clients, dealers, and prospects

Qualifications:

- 2–3 years of quota-carrying sales experience in Automobile, Machinery, or Mining-related industries




- Prior experience marketing earthmoving, mining, machinery, or heavy automobile spare parts (preferred)
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and pipeline management
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Robust written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and business development
- Valid driving license preferred

Compensation

- Probation period: 2 months
- Salary during probation: ₹15000/month
- Performance-linked incentives on sales targets (details shared during interview)
