Dispatcher – Track & Trace / Customs

Trimax Freight Services is looking for an experienced and responsible Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Mohali.

The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics operations, shipment tracking, tracing, customs coordination, and communication with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Track and trace shipments and provide regular status updates.
- Coordinate with drivers, customers, customs brokers, and other logistics partners.
- Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely delivery/pickup.
- Handle customs-related coordination and documentation.
- Follow up on customs clearance and shipment status.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and daily activities.
- Identify and communicate delays, issues, or exceptions promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and update shipment reports when required.
- Handle calls, emails,



and other communication related to shipments.
- Ensure all shipment information is updated accurately and on time.

Requirements

- Previous experience in logistics, dispatching, freight forwarding, or customs coordination is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of customs and shipment documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / computer systems.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Candidates with experience in USA/Canada logistics or cross-border operations will be preferred.
