Job Description:

We are looking for a Medical Summarizer to join our healthcare process team. This is a day shift role suitable for candidates with strong reading comprehension, attention to detail, and basic computer knowledge.

The candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical records, identifying key clinical information, and preparing concise summaries accurately within turnaround timelines.

Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze patient medical records, charts, and documents
- Prepare accurate medical summaries from clinical notes and records
- Extract key information such as diagnoses, treatment history, medications, surgeries, and physician notes
- Maintain confidentiality of patient health information
- Perform data entry and documentation updates in internal systems
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned files
- Follow client guidelines and process standards
- Use basic Excel and system tools for tracking work status

Requirements:

- Qualification:



Life Science Graduates only with Prior Medical Summarization Experience only
- (BSc / MSc – Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Zoology, Botany, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health Sciences, etc.)
- Good English reading and comprehension skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, typing skills)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of medical terminology is an added advantage

- Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Day Shift)
