We are hiring an experienced Business Analyst to join our team from India, supporting a U.S.-based organization. The ideal candidate is a robust communicator who can bridge business needs with technical solutions, working closely with U.S. stakeholders during EST business hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and process improvement
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions with U.S. teams
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that delivered solutions meet business needs
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year) in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field
- Experience: 3–5 years in a Business Analyst role
- Communication:



Excellent verbal and written English communication skills — must be comfortable presenting to and collaborating with U.S. stakeholders
- Availability: Able to work core hours aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST), including overlap for live meetings
- Home Office Setup:
- Dedicated, private, quiet workspace free from distractions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 100 Mbps
- Backup power/internet solution recommended given regional outages

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or SQL
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

Domain experience in faith, telecom or technology sectors

- PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification
- Various faith based businesses (Multi religion knowledge).

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
