As a Collection Associate, your primary responsibility is to facilitate the effective and timely collection of overdue payments on home loans. You will be responsible for interacting with borrowers, implementing collection strategies, and working towards achieving recovery targets.

Customer Contact: Initiate contact with delinquent borrowers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to discuss overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.

Negotiation and Resolution: Engage in effective negotiation with borrowers to understand their financial situations and work towards mutually agreeable solutions for repayment. Resolve issues and concerns raised by borrowers to ensure a positive customer experience.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of borrower interactions, payment arrangements, and any other relevant information.



Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

Compliance: Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies governing the collection process. Stay informed about changes in industry practices and regulations.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on collection activities, including updates on outstanding accounts, progress towards targets, and any challenges faced in the collection process.

Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, risk management, and customer service, to ensure a coordinated approach to collections and resolution of customer issues.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹330,000.00 per month
