We are seeking a CRM Team (Customer Support Associate) to handle outbound & Inbound calls, share club information, and assist with customer queries. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a qualified attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients
Share details about club offerings, events, or services
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
Maintain call logs and follow-up records
Requirements:
0-2 years of Tele sales/Pre Sales or customer support experience.
Kannada Good spoken English and interpersonal skills
Confident, polite, and goal-oriented
