- To carry out in inspection and audit on daily basis.

- Direct and coordinate daily operations of the QA department plant

- Ability to solve problem by using 7QC tools.

- To report any rejections, non-conformities, deviations immediately.

- To maintain all testing and measuring instruments in calibrated and usable condition.

- Take at least two improvement projects every quarter to report any rejections, nonconformities, deviations immediately.

- Follow the System like 5S.

- Analyse the data of Rejection/Rework & give feedback to Production In charge

- SOP making skills, PPAP documentation basic knowledge, ISO & IATF documentation completion.

- Develop quality plans to enhance performance

- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times

- Handle customer complaints

- Monitor checking equipment's and ensure that they are in good working order

- CMM handling

- IATF, ISO Auditing experience





- Ability to solve problem by using 7QC tools

- FMEA, PPM Knowledge
