Overview:
We are looking at onboarding HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) with the primary responsibility of attracting, onboarding & engaging talent across the organization.
Key Responsiblities:
- To attract quality talent as per the manpower planning & talent sourcing strategy within desired time by ensuring impeccable stakeholder and candidate experience
- Liaison with Business Managers regularly to understand the specific hiring needs of respective businesses and meeting the requirements
- Managing campus hiring, walk in drives and arranging interviews, salary negotiations and offer release
- Preparing weekly/monthly hiring dashboards for the leadership team
- Onboarding of recent hires & handling other special projects as per the business need
Requirements:
- Full time MBA in HR
- Exposure of BPO/Bulk hiring is must
- Excellent communication skills and multiple stakeholder management skills
- Good in Excel
- Can work in a startup and high performing environment
