The Last Rep Co is a growing fitness brand helping people build strength, move better, and train smarter. We're building an audience-first, content-driven brand from the ground up — and we're looking for the person who will be the face behind the camera, the voice behind the captions, and the engine behind our growth on social media.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a brand as it scales — real ownership, real growth, and real impact from day one.

What You'll Do

- Manage and grow our Instagram account end-to-end — strategy, posting, engagement, and community management
- Shoot content at our location — Reels, behind-the-scenes, client stories, and brand content
- Edit and produce Reels/short-form video content (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
- Design carousels and static posts using Canva
- Generate leads and convert social media interest into paying clients through DMs, comments, and outreach
- Plan and execute a consistent content calendar aligned with our content pillars
- Track what's working — engagement, reach, follower growth, DMs, and leads — and adjust strategy accordingly
- Collaborate closely with the founders on brand voice, campaigns, and new content ideas




- Bring your own ideas to the table — we want someone who pushes past the brief, not just executes it

Who You Are

- Based in or near Jalandhar, and able to work in-person full-time
- Fluent in both English and Hindi (spoken and written)
- A fresher with genuine hustle and creative energy, OR have 1+ year of relevant experience in social media/content management
- Know your way around Instagram trends, Reels, and what actually drives engagement
- Skilled or willing to get skilled fast with CapCut and Canva
- Some knowledge of fitness, training, or wellness is a strong plus
- Self-driven — someone who takes ownership and works beyond what's asked, not someone who waits for instructions
- Comfortable in a rapid-moving startup environment where things change and roles stretch
