We are looking for an experienced Lab Manager to oversee laboratory operations, maintain quality standards, and ensure accurate and timely diagnostic services. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, laboratory management, and quality-control skills.

- Experience: 8+ years

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure NABL/NABH compliance, quality control, and proper documentation.
- Manage laboratory staff, workflows, and overall team performance.
- Monitor test accuracy, turnaround time (TAT), and patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate with clinicians and other departments for accurate and timely reporting.




- Manage laboratory inventory and ensure timely availability of required materials.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and performance.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth laboratory operations.
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
