We are looking for a Post Sales Executive to manage customer relationships and documentation work after the booking of a property. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the documentation, possession, and handover process.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and coordination skills, be organized, proactive, and capable of handling customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer relationships from property booking until possession and handover.
- Coordinate with customers regarding agreements, documentation, and other formalities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer details, documents, and communication.
- Coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Construction departments to resolve customer requirements.
- Provide customers with timely updates regarding project progress, possession schedules, and handover formalities.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills:

- Strong customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.
- Good coordination skills.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Professional attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and property documentation will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.

Candidates with a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field will be preferred.

Experience:

- 2–5 years of experience in post-sales, sales, customer relationship management, real estate, banking, insurance, auto-mobile or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience in a real estate company will be preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
