Data Entry & Telecalling Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable professional who can accurately enter, update, and maintain data in Excel sheets while also handling outbound and inbound calls. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry

- Enter and update data in Excel spreadsheets and company databases.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and business activities.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and manage digital records and documents.
- Generate basic reports when required.

Telecalling





- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
- Follow up with existing clients regarding services and updates.
- Explain company services and answer customer inquiries.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks.
- Professional and positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

- 0–2 years of experience in Data Entry, Telecalling, Customer Support or Back Office Operations.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
