Counsellor

Location: Nagaland

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (DDUGKY work Experience is Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel candidates during admission and training.
- Handle queries, grievances, and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Guide students on personal development and career planning.
- Maintain counselling records, follow-ups, and dropout control.
- Support admissions, batch formation, and documentation.
- Conduct motivational sessions and parent meetings.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate in Psychology/Social Work/Any discipline.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Experience in student counselling or skill development.
- Ability to manage student discipline and behaviour.
- Empathetic, approachable, and solution-driven personality.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
