provides and coordinates direct patient care, records medical history, administers medications and treatments, and educates patients and families on health conditions. RNs work in teams with doctors and other health workers to manage comprehensive patient treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Check and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and health updates.
- Administer oral and intravenous (IV) medications and therapeutic treatments.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individual patient care plans.
- Operate and monitor medical equipment and assist with diagnostic tests.
- Educate patients and their loved ones on home care and disease prevention.
- Supervise licensed practical nurses (LPNs), nursing assistants, and aides.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic health records (EMR)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
