About us
We're building FitEat, an AI-powered fitness and nutrition app. We're pre-launch and building our audience on Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts before we launch. You'll be our editor, turning founder shot clips and educational content into scroll stopping short form videos.

Note: the product is still in the works, so this is content first: founder talking-head, fitness and nutrition tips, build-in-public, and trend-based videos. You will not be waiting on a finished app to make great content.

What you'll do

- Edit 8 to 12 short-form videos a month (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) from founder-shot footage and screen recordings
- Nail a hook in the first 1 to 3 seconds and keep pacing tight for retention
- Add clean subtitles, sound design, trending audio, and simple text animations
- Repurpose one long recording into several short clips
- Track trends and formats and bring ideas, not just execute
- Turnaround of 24 to 48 hours per video

You should have

- A portfolio of short-form videos you've edited (this matters most)
- Fluency in Video Editing Softwares
- A real feel for hooks, pacing, and retention on Reels and Shorts




- Clean subtitle work and good rhythm with audio
- Reliability and quick communication

Nice to have

- Interest in fitness, health, or food
- Motion graphics and thumbnail design
- Ability to shoot or direct footage
