Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and technology-oriented Operations Manager/Executive to manage daily business operations, improve process efficiency, and ensure smooth coordination across teams. The ideal candidate should have strong operational skills along with good knowledge of technology, digital tools, and business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor day-to-day operational activities
- Ensure smooth execution of business processes and workflows
- Handle technology-based operational systems and platforms
- Coordinate with different departments to achieve operational targets
- Monitor team performance and improve productivity
- Prepare operational reports, MIS reports, and performance analysis
- Track key operational metrics and implement process improvements
- Identify operational challenges and provide effective solutions
- Maintain data accuracy and manage digital records
- Support automation and technology-driven improvements in operations




- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams when required
- Ensure quality standards and timely completion of tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Experience in operations management or operations coordination
✅ Good knowledge of technology, software tools, and digital platforms
✅ Ability to work with CRM, ERP, reporting tools, and online systems
✅ Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Workspace, and data management
✅ Understanding of process improvement and workflow management
✅ Strong communication and team coordination skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Experience in managing technology-driven operations
- Knowledge of automation tools and digital processes
- Ability to analyze data and generate operational insights
