Production Incharge - Garments

Production Planning & Execution

· Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.

· Ensure smooth production with minimal downtime.

· Coordinate with Stores, Quality, and R&D; teams for continuous operations.

Operational Excellence

· Follow standard procedures (SOPs) and best practices.

· Achieve daily and monthly production targets on time.

· Use digital tools, and data for better efficiency.

Leadership & Decision-Making

· Lead and motivate the production team.

· Build a culture of responsibility and discipline.

· Make quick and effective decisions to solve problems.
