Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) – Real Estate to lead lead generation, channel partner onboarding, and sales closures across key micro-markets in Jaipur. You will build broker networks, manage client site visits, and execute revenue strategies across key corridors like Vaishali Nagar, Jagatpura, Ajmer Road, and Tonk Road.

Key Responsibilities

* Broker & Channel Partner Network: Identify, onboard, and manage local real estate agents, brokers, and channel partners (CPs) across Jaipur to expand project reach.

* Sales & Lead Conversion: Manage end-to-end sales pipelines, convert prospective leads, coordinate site visits, and close residential/commercial property deals.

* Market Expansion: Plan and execute market entry and growth strategies in high-growth corridors (e.g., Mansarovar Extension, Mahindra World City SEZ belt).

* Negotiation & Closures: Lead commercial discussions, structure client offers,



and streamline transaction and booking documentation.

* Competitor Intelligence: Track competitor launches, pricing trends, and new development activity across the Jaipur property market.

* Pipeline Management: Track conversion stages, update lead activity daily using real estate CRM software (e.g., LeadSquared, Sell.Do, Salesforce), and deliver periodic sales reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Experience: Minimum 3 years of direct sales, business development, or CP sourcing experience in the real estate sector.

* Local Market Expertise: Strong existing network of property dealers/brokers in Jaipur and clear operational knowledge of local micro-markets.

* Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing capabilities.

* Languages: High fluency in Hindi and functional proficiency in English.

* Mobility: Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for local site visits and agent meetings.

Pay: ₹239,804.29 per year
