Job Overview

Impulse Constrotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store activities, inventory management, material handling, and coordination with internal departments. The role requires maintaining proper stock records and ensuring materials are available when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage routine store and warehouse activities.
- Receive incoming materials and verify them with purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Ensure proper arrangement, labeling, and identification of all materials.
- Issue materials to production and other departments against approved requirements.
- Maintain updated inventory records, stock registers, and material movement details.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with the Purchase and Production teams for material requirements.
- Carry out periodic physical stock checks and resolve stock differences.
- Maintain records of all material inward and outward transactions.
- Track damaged, excess, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory.
- Prepare regular stock and inventory reports for management.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and systematic organization of the store.




- Assist during audits and ensure all store documentation follows company procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Store or Inventory Management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Graduate or Diploma holder in a relevant discipline.
- Sound understanding of inventory and warehouse procedures.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of industrial and engineering materials will be preferred.

- Maintaining accurate stock and inventory records.
- Ensuring timely availability of materials for production.
- Efficient handling of material receipt and issue processes.
- Reducing stock discrepancies, damage, and material loss.
- Maintaining an organized and clean store.
- Submitting inventory reports accurately and on time.

Salary

Compensation will be based on company standards and the candidate’s experience and skill set.

Pay: ₹12,148.73 - ₹42,021.54 per month
