Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B Sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth.

Candidates with experience in selling Industrial or Technical Products and a science or technical background will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business opportunities through B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and client servicing.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.




- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales / B2B Industry.
- Experience in selling Industrial Products, Technical Products, or similar solutions will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent client handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong sales negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and communicate their benefits effectively.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach towards business development.

Qualification

- Diploma or Graduate in any relevant discipline.
- Candidates with a Science or Technical background will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
- Experience in Industrial or Technical Product Sales preferred.
- Strong network and ability to develop new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven professional.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
