Job Description

Clion Care, a leading Skin & Hair Care Clinic in Ahmedabad, is looking for a compassionate and customer-focused Patient Care Executive to join our team. The role involves handling patient follow-up calls, addressing patient concerns, coordinating with doctors, maintaining treatment records, and ensuring an excellent post-treatment experience.

Responsibilities

- Conduct follow-up calls with patients after treatments.
- Monitor patient recovery and satisfaction.
- Handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with doctors and internal teams for patient concerns.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up updates.




- Encourage patients for follow-up consultations and continued care.

Requirements

- B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, ANM, or Life Science graduates preferred.
- Experience in Nursing, Patient Care, Healthcare, Customer Support, Telecalling, or Clinic Operations.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
