Manager – Purchase (Electrical Switchgear Division)
- Lead raw material sourcing, procurement & vendor management
- Plan materials based on customer forecasts & plant capacity
- Maintain optimal inventory levels
- Negotiate pricing, contracts & payment terms
- Ensure compliance with IATF‑16949 & ISO standards
- Oversee ERP processes
- Prepare MIS reports on procurement & inventory
- Manage supplier relationships & resolve delivery issues
- Guide and mentor procurement & store teams
Requirements:
- MBA in Supply Chain Management (preferred)
- 8–12 years’ experience in procurement/material planning (Electrical Swithcgear/manufacturing)
- Robust ERP knowledge
- Excellent negotiation, leadership & problem‑solving skills
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
