Job Title: Audio Visual (AV) Support Engineer

Job Summary:

The AV Support Engineer is responsible for the setup, Projects, operation, troubleshooting,

and maintenance of Audio-Visual systems across meeting rooms, conference spaces,

boardrooms, and event areas. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong

communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure

seamless AV operations.

Key Responsibilities (Applicable Across All Experience Levels):

 Provide day-to-day support for AV systems, including video conferencing, projectors,

microphones, displays, speakers, control systems, and scheduling panels.

 Operate and support Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and other conferencing

platforms.

 Perform routine health checks and preventative maintenance of AV infrastructure.

 Support live events, town halls, and hybrid meetings ensuring high-quality AV

delivery.

 Maintain inventory of AV equipment and coordinate repairs/replacements with





vendors.

 Escalate and follow up on issues with OEMs or service providers.

 Log incidents, requests, and resolutions in the IT service management platform.

 Support AV integrations with meeting room booking systems and digital signage

 Strong knowledge of AV infrastructure and control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron,

AMX).

 Experience with AV over IP solutions and structured cabling.

 Proficiency in supporting events, including multi-room setups and live streaming.
