Role Overview

The Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME) will lead the development of high-quality e-learning content on technology tools relevant for teachers. The role will also contribute to designing digital frameworks to enable effective integration of technology in classrooms. The SME will focus on creating courses and short-form video content that demonstrate the practical application of digital pedagogy, subject-specific digital tools, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the teaching–learning process. Also conduct webinars for us. The role involves close collaboration with educators and other stakeholders to build teacher capacity and enable meaningful, classroom-ready use of technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT) content focused on educational technology, digital tools, subject-specific resources, and AI integration.

- Create technology-enabled teaching and learning resources that support practical classroom implementation.

- Develop courses and short video content demonstrating effective use of technology in teaching.

- Plan and deliver virtual as well as in-person career development sessions for teachers on technology, AI, and digital pedagogy.

Contribute to the design and strengthening of digital learning frameworks and content strategies.

- Required Qualifications





- Postgraduate degree in Technology / Computer Science / Information Technology / Educational Technology or a related field

- B.Ed. or equivalent qualification in education

Additional certifications or training in digital pedagogy, educational technology, or AI in education will be an advantage

- Required Experience

- 8–12 years of overall professional experience, with demonstrated expertise in the following areas:

- 3–4 years of school teaching experience

- Designing and developing instructor-led training (ILT) content for teachers

- Use of educational technology, digital tools, subject-specific resources, and digital platforms in classroom teaching

- Integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance teaching–learning processes

- Hands-on experience in planning and delivering virtual and face-to-face professional development programs for teachers, educators, or academic leaders

- Strong understanding of the Indian school ecosystem, including curriculum frameworks, teacher needs, and regional, linguistic, and socio-economic diversity

- Exposure to digital editing tools and YouTube channel
