Job Summary

Nexogrik Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Fresher to join our HR team in Pune.

This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who want to start their career in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition. No prior work experience is required. Candidates with positive communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and basic HR discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with offer and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment-related documentation and reports.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.

Requirements

- Fresher candidates only.




- Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and meet recruitment targets.
- Interest in building a career in HR and Talent Acquisition.
