- C License Holder given preference
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the implementation of MEP systems.
- Ensure design and installation comply with industry standards, local codes, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP solutions into overall project design.
- Prepare and review MEP drawings, technical submittals, and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor installation progress and quality.
- Manage project budgets and optimize costs for MEP works.
- Oversee commissioning and handover of MEP systems.
- Resolve technical and site issues related to MEP installations.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance throughout project lifecycle.
